Sales Qualifier

Scores inbound leads against your criteria and writes the first outreach.

Sales Qualifier takes a raw inbound lead, enriches what it can from the information supplied, scores it against the criteria you define, and produces a qualification note plus a drafted first-touch email that references something specific about that prospect.

Qualification that uses your criteria

Most lead scoring is a points table someone built in 2019 and nobody has revisited. This agent works from a written description of what a good customer looks like for you, in plain language, and reasons about each lead against it. When your ideal customer profile changes you rewrite a paragraph, not a scoring matrix.

Outreach that is not obviously templated

The drafted email references something concrete from the lead: the form they filled, the page they came from, the size of the company, the problem they described. Prospects can tell the difference between a mail merge and a message written about them, and reply rates reflect it.

Honest about what it cannot see

The agent only knows what you pass it. It does not browse the web, scrape LinkedIn or buy data. If you want firmographic enrichment, run that first and hand the result in. We would rather the agent reason well over good inputs than hallucinate confidently over thin ones.

What it can do

  • Score against a written ideal customer profile
  • Identify buying intent signals in free text
  • Estimate company size and segment from context
  • Draft a first-touch email referencing specifics
  • Recommend a next action and a timeframe
  • Flag leads that are competitors or job seekers
  • Detect budget, authority and timeline signals
  • Return the reasoning behind the score
