Credit you have bought and not spent is refundable to the original payment method within 60 days of purchase. Open a ticket or email us and we process it within five business days. We do not ask why and there is no retention flow.
Bonus credit included with a pack is not refundable as cash. If you bought a $200 pack carrying $30 bonus and spent $50, the refund is calculated against the $200 you actually paid, in proportion to the paid credit remaining.
Credit never expires, so it stays yours to spend. Cash refunds after 60 days are at our discretion, and we generally grant them when an account is closing for a reason outside your control.
Never charged in the first place, so there is nothing to refund. This covers runs that failed on our side, runs where the agent could not produce valid output, and runs rejected because the input was malformed. If you see a charge against a failed run, that is a bug — tell us and we will refund it and fix it.
A run that completed and returned output is charged, even if you did not like the answer. The rates are fractions of a cent specifically so that testing and iterating is not a budget decision, and we cannot operate a model where output quality is judged after the fact.
The exception is systematic failure: if an agent is producing consistently wrong output for a workload it is documented as suitable for, open a ticket. If we agree the agent is at fault we credit the affected runs.
If we charge you incorrectly we refund the difference in full, to the payment method if you prefer that over account credit. Tell us within 90 days of the charge.
Refunded in full as soon as we confirm them, usually the same business day.
Note what is absent from that list: we do refund unused credit on accounts we terminate for ordinary policy breaches. Keeping your money because you broke a rule would be a penalty, not a refund policy.
Open a ticket from your dashboard, or email support@stijnai.shop from the address on the account. Refunds return to the original payment method only. Your bank typically takes a further five to ten days to show it.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including any statutory cooling-off period.
